Any news for Los Angeles AOS?

Hi,

 

Anyone recently received any information from Los Angeles Immigration officer for AOS? I send out our AOS package in March, and still haven't received the green card interview appointment. Just wonder whether anything wrong.

Just checked on the BCIS Processing Times site for you (linked below) and they are working on the AOS applications dated Jan 13, 2003 at the LA office. So you still have some time to go.

Given that info, they are a year and a half ahead of Atlanta.

And the SF office is working on April 19, 2003 applications. And of course we are ahead of Atlanta, Mick, we've got the Terminator in charge now!

I just checked our field office table for the timelines of applications. It showed July 12, 2003 for AOS and ours was received April 27th. I then called the NVC. They also checked and confirmed July 12. They said that date didn't mean anything. He said that is the projected time where they should be at but do to unforseen circumstances they could be further behind. Just one more thing that really doesn't mean squat.
