Any time a LPR changes address They are supposed to file an AR-11 https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=coa

What I'm not sure of is if he still lists your address as home and he is just away at college if he has really changed addresses.

His permanent address is still with you, so I think not.

Depends if moving to college address will be considered to be his residence. A college dorm tends to not be considered to be a persons residence. Will he be changing drivers license or state ID to reflect being a resident of other state?

 

If not then your home address is still his residential address.

Uh, keep it simple, folks! He needs to be able to receive mail from the USCIS. Keep it at his home address. They are NOT trying to track his whereabouts. Needlessly changing addresses can throw a monkey wrench in the works.

Thanks Just going away to college, staying in a dorm. Permanent address will be with us.
