warpedbored
Any time a LPR changes address They are supposed to file an AR-11 https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=coaWhat I'm not sure of is if he still lists your address as home and he is just away at college if he has really changed addresses. dnoblett
changing address for college Step-son is going out for state for college, Should we notify USCIS of a change of address for him?Depends if moving to college address will be considered to be his residence. A college dorm tends to not be considered to be a persons residence. Will he be changing drivers license or state ID to reflect being a resident of other state? If not then your home address is still his residential address. Link to comment
Randy W
Uh, keep it simple, folks! He needs to be able to receive mail from the USCIS. Keep it at his home address. They are NOT trying to track his whereabouts. Needlessly changing addresses can throw a monkey wrench in the works. Link to comment
