AZwolfman
You do not need to natarize the tax returns. DO notarize the I-134. If you absolutely cannot get your 2003 tax return filed before the interview, then projected and actual income and sales is the best you can do. Just do it and pray they will accept projections. LaoMao
You can send in the tax return for year 2000, 2001, and 2002 if your 2003 haven't been filed yet by then. You do need to show your current income also, which could be your business sales. AZwolfman is right, only I-134 need to be notarized. Not Tax returns. Link to comment
