My Qing called me and she is at the interview. She hasn't told me anything yet but she wants to know where does she pay the $400??!?

Again you are K-1, the fee is $131, NOT $400.

 

And from your later post is looks like you figured out that the fee is paid at CITIC bank, perhaps at the branch located in the very tall building down the road from the consulate.

This should have been done before interview day as she needs to hand the reciept in at the window before the interview .

I have seen that if dont have it they will send her out to get it. They wont interview without it.
