"Class A or B(TB) Req. Attn. of USPHS at POE" what is this

Any one had the following on their fiances visa?

 

Class A or B(TB) Req. Attn. of USPHS at POE"

 

Not sure what the implications of this is going to be.

My fiance when she had her medical had to have some extra TB testing ( the test delayed the interview by about 2 months) but she was able to receive her visa , ( in the mail today)

 

But before I buy the plane tickets, I hope I can have some info about what this means if someone has seen it before.

Question gets asked from time to time, it means that they may want another medical exam before adjusting status.
