K3 Visa

Hello All,

 

Do you know if all K visa are sent electronically to GUZ or physical file. NVC is telling me that there is no physical file. I want to see if anyone else has the same situtation. Who else has a K3 pending. Once leave NVC any idea how long it might take for P3 or interview? Thanks

They send an electronic file, however the paper file is still being sent by curior service for K-Visas.

 

If you are doing a spousal K-3 visa consider doing electronic processing of the CR-1 (I-130) case, more than likely you can get the CR-1 done before any K-3 interview, this will save you time, $$ and the BIG hassle of adjustment of status from a K-Visa.

 

From your signature, it looks like you have paid the fees to NVC, so there is no sense to continue the K-3 process when you have paid the fees to NVC.
