Prenup question

of me and my family in China.

 

U.S. man can be good and can be bad.

It is hard to tell in the beginning but time will tell.

just mho, but most of the chinese wives I know aint going to very impressed with a 1/4 share

I'll suggest to you that you don't need a prenup, at all.

 

Instead, ONCE you are married, redo the POD instructions on all of your financial stuff. Write a will, as well.

 

You should have the drafts ready prior to marriage, show them to your fiance so she'll understand.

 

The day after you marry in China, have the revised documents submitted by someone in the USA with a limited Power of Attorney (only grant them filing powers for the list of documents that you are revising ).

 

Now, unless you die on the honeymoon, you should be covered.
