I married my wife in China May 5 2011, Applied for her visa 130 cr1 U S immigration got july 26 2011 . Feb. 9 2011 I get a letter I-797E this is what they want. Marriage Certificate:= Submit a legible copy of the marriage cerificate for Larry Uzzell and Huazhen Li. The certificate must indicate that after the marriage ceremony, it was registered or recorded by the county,state, or province. I sent them are Chinese marriage certificat And I translated into english What do they Want? Larry

Who did you specify as the beneficiary? Contact the plan administrator for details. I split it in 3 way each daughter 1/3. I have work 35 years to save this money and I would think it would be fair that my children receive it. I have seen that they have bilingual lawyer in Chengdu does anyone have a recommendation for prenuptial Soooooo.............what does your fiancee think about this? Well I do not know yet. I have a question about prenuptial, I do not plan on getting a divorce. I have large sum of money in my I R A which is my 3 daughter are beneficiery I plan on getting married in China Oct. 2009 so we get marry and I die 1 years after we merry. Does anyone know what who get the I R A? Also I am retired and I pay myself 45,000 a year out of my I R A I am 59 years old she is 41 what will happen to that if I die? Larry
