ok i went and asked my mom to be a sponser today,she said no cause of legal issues i dont want to get into,i aksed my friend who owns a business about giving me a job for rest of yr,well he could just say he paied me $3,000 or $4,000 i need to clear the 125% poverty level guideline,i would claim it on my tax return and he could on his,give the blank pay stubs needed and all that,and i just pay more into the goverment,or you think i mite get caught,please anyone help me,im hurting,i know someone talked about people claiming ebay sales and stuffed you own like your car,how could i report them,i dont have any recipts from the ebay sales,i just remember i made $1,200 off a guitar amp on there a few months ago,and my car is work like $2,000 or so i think,any info on this would be appreciated,Thanks,Chris^_^

i know this is a repeat question i just wouldnt mind if someone had any ideas on the ebay and ownership thing like a car,how i could add them as liablity maybe and also ,everyone keeps saying i wont need this proof of income for 6 to 8months,does it really take this long to get her interview and visa issued, just is mailing back the p3 tommorow,

I think there was some confusion about where you were in the process before. Since you were new to this site people were giving you information assuming you wouldn't have your interview for a number of months. That's where I got confused. If I'm not mistaken, you need to show adequate income (I-134) for your interview which may come in the next 4 to 6 weeks.

 

You said you worked for Coke making $12/hr before. Do you have tax returns that show prior income over the poverty level? And you said you have a job now making $8/hr. Is that full time? Full time would show that you have an annual income of greater than $16K/yr. That's more than 125% the poverty level, isn't it? Sometimes you just need to be a little selective in which documentation you show.

yes she is sending back the P3 tommorow,its all filled out,yes i have the 2001 income tax return recipts for coca cola showing i made$15,933 and my 2000 income tax recipts for coca cola showing i made $20,821.70 could i use thoses,or do they need recent also,so far at this job at 8hr this yr i have made $11,678 for 2003 thats cause i went and saw her in china for a long period of time and missed some work,and now im paying the price,last yr 2002 i made $12,135 for that 8hr job,i think i was making less then and got a raise this yr i forget,im full time at the 8hr job,hope this helps some,on knowing where im at now,
