Filing of I-485

Hello all, it feels so good to be back from a long absent. We got married and moved to an apartment. And now it's time to file our second set of paperworks. I noticed that for K-1 we don't need the medical exam. However, we do need to have a Vaccination form. My question is where can I find a Civil Surgent to have him sign the V-form? And do we have only 90 days from the time my fiancee entered the U.S to file the I-485?

I think you have 90 days from entry to get married. Filing the AOS is another matter. I have read cases where couples files long after the 90 days with no problem but my advice is to go ahead and do it within the 90 day window. No need to give an overly zealous visa officer something to hassle you about. The law about how long you have to file is really kind of unclear.
