phbryant
Hey, my Chinese fiance' has asked me 3 times now... don't you need the single certificate. I said.... no I don't think so. That's just if I was going to marry in China, not for K1. All is required is divorce certificates in my case. She said on 001 it said others get. That doesn't make a lot of sense to me, I don't know anybody walking around getting single certificates in the US, or how to get. Anybody else do this, or more specifically is there any reason to do this? If so, how. Link to comment
Sebastian
IIRC , SHE needs one, translated and notarized, but NOT YOU. Link to comment
