Eric Posted May 6, 2009 Report Share Posted May 6, 2009 Just as an FYI to all of those who have interviews scheduled in late May or early June, the hospitals in GUZ will not be conducting the visa medical exams May 28-30 because of the Dragon Boat Festival. My fiancee has a June 2nd interview and called several of the hospitals in GUZ yesterday to find out their schedules, etc and found this out. She was told that they will reopen for business as usual on Sunday May 31 and the hospital on Shamian Island does offer same day results for an additional 100rmb - so we will be paying extra for the expedited service on the 31st. dnoblett Posted May 6, 2009 Report Share Posted May 6, 2009 Same thing happened to us, our interview was the day after the med centers opened up after spring festival, we had to be at the med center when they opened and get medical expedited for same day service. Link to comment
