N-445, Notice of Naturalization Oath Ceremony

The notice came in the mail today. It will be Monday, April 27 2009 at 9:00 AM.

The notice has eight questions on the back that needs to be answered. It says, "You must answer these questions the day you are to appear for your citizenship oath ceremony." What does that mean? Does my wife have to wait and answer them before a CIS Officer? But then it further states, "You must bring this completed questionnaire with you to the oath ceremony." Which one is it? Complete it now at home or at the ceremony?

 

The questions pertain to post N 400 interview. Nothing serious.

Technically, she MUST answer them the day of the ceremony between 8:00 and 8:30.

 

Is she swearing to (hopefully not at) anything?

 

Is there a space for a notary seal or a USCIS officer's signature?

Never mind. Upon reading the letter for the second time it says under. You must bring the following with you:

 

 

-This letter, WITH ALL THE QUESTIONS ON PAGE 2 ANSWERED. TYPE OR PRINT ANSWERS IN BLACK INK.

 

I don't know how I missed reading that, and all in CAPS too!

 

Anyways, we are waiting for 17 days to pass. Yep, in 17 days!
