On the instructions for I485, it states:

"Fiance(e)s: If you are a K-1 fiance(e) or K-2 dependent who

had a medical exam within the past year as required for the

nonimmigrant fiance (e) visa, you only need to submit a

vaccination supplement, not the entire medical report. You

may include the vaccination supplement with your adjustment

of status application."

Since JM is pregnant and plans to nurse, I don't believe she can have vaccinations until she's finished nursing. How might that affect filing for AOS?

Dave,

Your son or daughter will have to have vac. and be seen at the Civil Surgeon.

Huh? I have to file AOS for our baby when it's born? I thought US citizenship is automatic..........

Born in the US means citizenship - no problem. If your lady is bring a child with her, the child would need the paperwork.

10-4. Step-son understood. But, he will have to work off the fee paid for filing the form. I figure one dollar for every dog turd picked up. Sound fair? Considering each turd is bigger than his own hand, I think it is.

If there are any BCIS trolls out there, juuuuust joking.
