ididntdoit
Sorry no timeline, it's a mess. Jing has been here almosttwo years now. We filled for ead before we knew i-130had to be approved first so of course she was denied. We have p2 now for i-130 approved so want to fileagain. Can't afford the total package so was wonderingif anyone here did aos one thing at a time? Link to comment
Randy W
You pay a fee for AOS, along with a fee for biometrics. There is nothing you can skip Thr EAD for employment authorization and the AP for travel may be applied for with AOS no additional charge. You should probably make an effort to explain your circumstances. How did she get here, for one? Why didn't you file the I-485 with your I-130? dnoblett
Is she here on a K-3?? If so then file an I-765 and pay $340 for EAD based on Life act Visa. I-765 line 16 coded (A )(9 ) If not, then the only way you can file for an EAD is to include the I-765 along with I-485. Please give us more details, like what type of visa was used to enter the USA? In most cases K-3 visa has I-130 and I-129F filed and typical I-130 and I-129F are approved fairly close together. Link to comment
