Lost Approval" for I-129F

I found the I-129F Notice of Action. That we missed a few documents and 3 weeks after that we got a letter from NVC saying they received my I-129F petition . On that letter it has my Wife's(at the time fiancee) name, her INS Receipt number, a bar code, and her Case number.

 

Could that be it????
