Missingyou Posted February 18, 2009 Report Share Posted February 18, 2009 I recently filed EAD for my husband then shortly after got a RFE. I sent the info back, but case didn't say resume. I am so anxious now. I remember back when I applied K3 for my hus, there was an option to press on the phone to speak with a CSC/VSC if we have questions about our PFE, but it seems like that option is no longer there. Does anyone know? Link to comment
dnoblett Posted February 18, 2009 Report Share Posted February 18, 2009 1-800-375-5283, 1,2,2,4,2,1, then enter your receipt number and press 1 to verify that is correct, press 1 again and wait for representative. Note, they may have closed this option due to many calling for other things than about an RFE. Other option is to schedule an info pass appointment and talk to an officer. Link to comment
