If you are using a lawer you might want to check with them i called mine this morning to verify how much my co-sponsor needs to make and my co-sponsor needs to make at least $40,000 and has 6 in his family they include my fiancee so he needs to qualify for 7 so compared to these numbers that is a little different im not sure if that is just what the law firm is saying or if it is only because he is co-sponsoring for us....I was origionally going on those numbers too......and again maybe it is just the issue of having the co-sponsor on with me.
