ChrisA
Biometrics Appointment and thinks to Know,Well, after attending and InfoPass appointment today in reference her EAD Card, it was clearly stated by the IO, that there is a 2 photo requirement, 1 for the I-485 and 1 for the I-765, each requirement is different. 1 requires a single photo and single finger print, while the other requires a single photo and both hands are finger printed. Which one belongs to while document is unclear. The IO did state that she will respond within 72 hours telephonically and has emailed the (WSC) which is CSC now. So, the file has been transferred to Calif. One would think, at the Biometric appointment, to address both photo requirements, but in this case, incompetence is the underline factor, which now has cause another 45 day delay. I guess, I should plan for another InfoPass appointment for the son, because if it happened once it will happen again. Link to comment

On the Biometrics appointment NOA, it is clearly indicated what the appointment is for, and what documents it pertains to I-485 and I765, this should have been a no-brainer here. I get the sense, they were in a hurry and didn't apy attention to detail. Link to comment
