yuehan123
Vermont USCIS web site processing times today were:"I-751 Petition to Remove the Conditions on Residence Removal of lawful permanent resident conditions (spouses of U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents December 30, 2007" Well, my wife's paperwork is Feb 2008. Congratulations letter was mailed Dec 24th with GC to arrive within 60 days. GC arrived today. It was mailed 3 days after the congratulations letter. Also, I forgot to send the Affidavits from two friends. Guess Affidavits are not 'required'. Link to comment

eseum
Glad to hear that you got the card. We submitted for my wife's removal of conditions in May 2008. It was transferred from TX to Vermont. Her biometrics were in June. Based on your time it looks like we will be waiting another 2-3 months. We will hit the 4 year mark for being married in January. Would be a nice anniversary present if the card came. Edited December 30, 2008 by eseum (see edit history) Link to comment
amerchin
Congrats to you! Vermont's postings are not very up to date. My wife's 10 year GC was done and came before their listed processing now date. Link to comment

NY-Viking
Congrats .. my wife's was feb 2008 as well .. no news though yet. Was your status updated online before you got the congrats letter? Link to comment
yuehan123
No, the 'Status' on line was not updated prior to her getting the snail mail letter. No, neither the on-line Status nor the e-mail notifications to her about 'approval' and 'card production ordered' were received prior to the snail mail notification. Throughout this process the snail-mail, like the turtle, always won the race. Good luck, I'm sure your wife will get her notice any day. Link to comment
