3 days to 6 months

Dec 13th will be 6 months from NOA1.

 

I got a fortune cookie last month that said I will have big changes this month..... Come on fortune cookie!!

 

Has anyone seen any movement from Vermont in the last 30 days?

Yes there has been some movement from VSC.

Recently, they transferred some cases to CSC due to backlog.

Yes they send you a NOA indicating that they petition has been transferred to another location where it will be be processed.

I see, cool. Since I haven't heard anything from them we're still in Vermont I have deduced

My I-130 spent 6 months in VSC before being transferred to CSC. Approved in just under a month after being transferred. I received my NOA1 about a month before you... so hopefully you're next. Keep your fingers crossed for that transfer notice out of the VSC "black hole". Good luck!
