inquiet
The letter received from the State Dept. said my beneficiary will receive packet 3. What correspondence can I expect at this juncture? I'm moving soon, so who would I send address change to? NVC? Guangzhou? I've read many posts on this site and Visa Journey, and haven't seen specifics. Thanks Allot...... Edited December 8, 2008 by inquiet (see edit history) Link to comment
Richard & Li
I don't recall getting any notification after the case was transferred to GUZ. It was in Li's hands at that point. My move was after Li & our son were already in America. So, it may be different for you. But, when we moved I filed AR-11's for Li & son. The USCIS instructions said that I did not have to file a change of address. Hopefully, someone else has a better answer. Link to comment
dnoblett
The NVC letter to US citizen petitioner telling you that case has been sent to GUZ, is the last thing sent to US citizen. After that and P3 and P4 are sent to beneficiary in China. US citizen does not need to update their address. Link to comment
