I-129 sent to Guangzhou......

I don't recall getting any notification after the case was transferred to GUZ. It was in Li's hands at that point.

 

My move was after Li & our son were already in America. So, it may be different for you. But, when we moved I filed AR-11's for Li & son. The USCIS instructions said that I did not have to file a change of address.

 

Hopefully, someone else has a better answer.

The NVC letter to US citizen petitioner telling you that case has been sent to GUZ, is the last thing sent to US citizen. After that and P3 and P4 are sent to beneficiary in China.

 

US citizen does not need to update their address.
