dnoblett Posted November 24, 2008 Report Share Posted November 24, 2008 You don't switch - you apply to remove conditions - per Dan's linksOnly other option WOULD have been to hold on filing AOS until closer to 2nd wedding anniversary but not more than 1 year past the date of medical exam for the K-3 visa, and hope that AOS is approved AFTER 2nd wedding anniversary. This way and the resulting GC would be the un-conditional 10 year card. Link to comment
