So the BIG SHOW is over and what were the final metal...oops I meant medal standings... :clapping:

 

China 51 gold 21 silver 28 bronze

 

USA 36 gold 38 silver 36 bronze

 

By total medals USA 110 China 100

 

By GOLDS China 51 USA 36

 

Using Dennis' value theory... :redblob: with 3 for each gold, 2 for silver and 1 for bronze...

We're still finding ways to make ourselves #1! :lol:

Maybe one day, America won't be such a sore loser. :) But I'm happy for China, they really kicked some butt, and put on a great Olympics!

Mmmmm. Sounds like it takes 2 Americans to get a Gold for each one the Chinese get. :blink:
