i just wanted to post our questions to possibly help someone else to also receive pink.

my so greeted the vo and handed the vo her passport and our eol.

the vo commented, oh! you speak english! the interview was done partly in english and partly in chinese. the vo had a chinese man behind her to help translate.

1. who is the petitioner?

2. how did you meet?

3. when did you meet?

4. how many visits to china?

5. when and why did you get divorced and where does he live?

6. when and why did your fiancee get divorced 2 times and where do they live?

7. does your fiancee have kids?

8. how many?

9. are they married?

10. have you met them?

11.financials please?

12.emails and chats please?

13. proof of employment?

14. why do you want to marry him?

 

the only unusual question was for proof of employment, but since she's a doctor thats maybe why they asked for this. the vo also commented that my so was very well prepared and relaxed, and had a nice smile. heheheehe! i did notice that a lot of girls were over or underdressed.

Seems a strange question to ask "where do they live?" I can't even answer that one concerning my ex, and really that's okay with me.

i agree with you but, guz is focusing a lot of attention to these details at times.

one more interesting note that happened pre-interview. my honey said that windows 25,26, and 27 had a man that was maybe a supervisor going to each of these 3 windows behind the vo's. she also said that this man several times changed the vo's decision from pink to blue or white. not sure what this was all about, but i can only guess that these vo's were new and being watched closely.

i wish i had a secret i could share with everyone else. the only advice i can give to speed things up is as follows: 1. file at the vermont service center. 2. send a compact and well organized packet to the uscis. the uscis adjudicators are partly evaluated according to how many apps. they process monthly, so if your package is large it will likely be put aside for some time.my package was only 50 pages. 3. triple check everything so you don't get an rfe. 4. have your p-3 and p-4 prepared well ahead of time so you don't stumble. sorry everyone but these are the only things i can tell you that may speed things up a bit. i hope this helps someone.

My lady had almost the same interview questions. The interview lasted 5-10 minutes and was conducted in English and Chinese. She was well prepared with all the documents in an accordian folder.
