whoever, do you have your clearance from NVC yet? Your time table doesn't show it. The consulate won't get your paper work till NVC send the cleared security papers to GZ.

I remember you being one of the May 9th victims as I was. My qizi got her P3 last week. As I said 3 weeks ago, P3's will be flying off the shelves, and so they are from what I hear.

E-mail GZ again on Friday and if no better news, e-mail them again on Monday(2 day interval). Your P3 should be coming real soon. Have you tried calling GZ? I can give you a number. Maybe you have already tried.

It should be very soon! Let's hope!

It seems from tywy_99 that you have cleared NVC. I have been writing GZ each week. They always answer, but last week, they told me that they needed my Fiancee's address in Chinese character. They sent out the P-3 today. If you write GZ ask if they need your Fiancee's Chinese address? seems like things are moving better now.

Have you tried calling GZ? It's been 4 months since your NOA2. If you get through to a GZ clerk, you have a high chance of moving your case to the P3 sent stage. Email may be more convenient, but calling is much more effective.
