DOS 202-663-1225 I believe the selections are (1-5-0).The information is quicker than calling GUZ. Try not to go numb after they anounce that your interview date has been assigned. X&R Posted July 1, 2008 Report Share Posted July 1, 2008 My husband called the DOS today and the lady there told him that my interview date is at at 7:15 am on August 19, and the P4 was mailed to me on June 25, but why I didn't receive it yet, I believe the express mail from GUZ takes about two days. I am praying it won't be lost.Thanks for telling me the DOS phone number, it was very helpful. Link to comment
