2 biometrics?

We have my wife's employment authorization card, with which we did a biometrics. After sending in the AoS forms will we have to do another biometrics for that?

 

Just trying to plan ahead. She wants to visit her parents, her mom is having surgery next month, and I told her it was fine to stay a while, just didn't want to buy a ticket for a month or 2 if a biometrics appointment was likely to pop up a second time.

 

If it is necessary for biometrics the second time, how long after the AoS application being received does it "usually" take. I know it varies probably from center to center.

Hi If you have the same experience that I am having then you can expect 2 trips

These people who set up appointment dates are either 1.MORONS or can not connect that benefactors on the same forms might be living at the same address or 2. just plain mean

Do you, or anyone know how I can optain a copy of the I-130 approval, other than digging through boxes of paperwork?

 

We moved recently, and put alot of stuff in storage.

Assuming you're a K-3 who applied for EAD separately, yes you will need another biometrics appt. Thr EAD biometrics are not enough for the green card.
