After sending in the AoS forms will we have to do another biometrics for that? Just trying to plan ahead. She wants to visit her parents, her mom is having surgery next month, and I told her it was fine to stay a while, just didn't want to buy a ticket for a month or 2 if a biometrics appointment was likely to pop up a second time. If it is necessary for biometrics the second time, how long after the AoS application being received does it "usually" take. I know it varies probably from center to center. Link to comment

I know it varies probably from center to center.Hi If you have the same experience that I am having then you can expect 2 trips These people who set up appointment dates are either 1.MORONS or can not connect that benefactors on the same forms might be living at the same address or 2. just plain mean Link to comment

Randy W Posted April 28, 2008 Report Share Posted April 28, 2008 Assuming you're a K-3 who applied for EAD separately, yes you will need another biometrics appt. Thr EAD biometrics are not enough for the green card. Link to comment
