Zhen's Tiger
is there any difference conditional green card and lawful green card ? Not exactly sure what you mean by lawful green card. They are both lawful & legal and give the owner the same Rights. The conditional green card is good for 2 years and the unconditional is good for 10 years, but other than length of time before they expire, they are the same. Link to comment
dnoblett
NO, an LPR is an LPR, conditional or not. The conditions only have to do with bona fide marriage, you need to prove the marriage was a bona fide one at 2 years of conditional status, to remove the conditional status. Link to comment
