I did not see how it could expire.

But we are dealing with another Dimension. "The Guangzhou Zone".

And as I have read here before yanjeff, the police certificate should be as close to the GZU date as you can!!

Mark and feng!! B)

Yes, she got the Police Cerificate about a month ago.

I MISUNDERSTOOD her.

She say's her "Certificate of Marital Status" is expired.

This say's that she has not remarried.

I told her I have never heard of GUZ asking for a "Certificate of Marital Status".

But I would check with CFL. :D

She will sign an intent to marry when she goes to GZU.

A visa specialist from DOS, and many here on CFL have said to make up a letter showing your history of relationship. We went ahead of made up a notarized letter stating we will marry after she gets here to the USA. The visa specialist said to do this because my NOA2 was going to be expired before we got to GZU. I am sure yours will be as well??

Our NOA2 Expired on Fed.16.

We will have the Letter of Intent to marry also.

I have already written our "Evolution of the Love Between Yan and Jeff"

:D

Thanks again!

Evolution of Love between Yan and Jeff, maybe alright for a book, but not catchy enough for movies!! B)

Everything else ready, just check out the down loadable forms on the GZU home page! :happybday:

"Certificate of Marital Status", is required for K-1 visa, this can be obtained at the local notary office.

We sent a "Certificate of Marital Status" when we filed her I-129 back in May 2007.

But now that "Certificate of Marital Status" is expired.

The question we have is -

Should she get another to take to her interview?

Jeff take a look, and yes!!

You don't need to worry about your NOA2 expiring. GUZ autmatically grants extensions because their process takes so long, every applicant's NOA2 expires by the time they get to the interview.
