This has been debated a few times, but this is the best I have found!! They have very good prices, great service, and e-mail you upon delivery!! B)

I have used Annie Flower with no problem, though at some point in the past I saw at least one post by someone who didn't speak highly of them. They better come through for me for Valentine's Day again this year.

 

Flora2000, was one day late last year tp, they doubled the order and gave me a very nice coupon for the next time.

This was even after I ordered the day of!! B)
