I-765 / I-131

As I have just finished reading yuan fen's informative post http://candleforlove.com/forums/index.php?...=27124&st=0

showing his cover sheet for filing AOS K-1 to late to correct my submission.

I know see that I was required to send two passport photos for the forms I-765 and I-131 that I sent along with our I-485. I failed to do this. I assumed that what I sent would suffice for all forms.

 

What will happen now?

I-485, I-765, and I-131 need to be treated as separate petitions, NO sharing of evidence and photos.

 

Each petition needs it's own evidence, and photos. Everything gets sent to USCIS is same envelope, but should be clipped so that they are kept separate.

 

If you failed to send passport photos for I-765 and I-131 NBC will send you and RFE requesting them.

Well, poop! And I did so well with all the prior documents. I guess I relaxed a bit too much now that my wife is here with me.

 

I sent a check for $1,010. Will this be an issue when I get an RFE on the two forms without the photos?

No, it wont be an issue, they will just send you a request for what they want.
