LeeFisher3
Perfect justification for the new fee structure for AOS because now everyone needs AP and EAD because the green card is a year out, just forget about the improved processing they promised cause it's a government agency and they always kill the efficient and reward the wasteful. RLS
Thanks for the article Jim. Improved USCIS web-based services and tools that allow our customers to schedule appointments, change their address, access the status of their case online, and submit certain applications through e-filing. This is one area that definately needs improvement. B) Link to comment
MikeXiao
We're filing this summer. My wife is hoping to be interviewed before the October 2009 date so she will not have to take the NEW test. Link to comment

The large number of applications was easily predictable due to the large increase in the fee structure and yet the USCIS did absolutely nothing to prepare for the obvious other than print the new fee structure. A similar thing occurred with the IMBRA legislation and Gonzalez and crew were surprised after the fact just as they are now. It's too bad that we have a system that rewards stupidity and ignorance unless you are the person filing the application and then you are held to a higher standard as well as being accountable for their mistakes.
