Phil & Ningning
Well, we've been waiting to receive an approval notice for the I-751 that we filed in October. Instead we got an RFE. They want basically everything I submitted with the application in the first place. Apparently it is a standard form letter type request. Identification, financials, residence, witness affidavits, a statement of the progression of our relationship and marriage, the usual. They also have requested a G-325A from each of us. I didn't send these originally. Was I supposed to send them with the application? Did I miss something? Link to comment
Jason+Joanna
Sorry to hear that you hit a bump in the road. We didn't submit G-325A forms either. I didn't see that requirement within the I-751 instructions or the Step-by-Step instructions posted at Visa Journey. The above links looks like it is related to the AOS process... Wishing you and Ninging the best, and a speedy review of your re-submission. Link to comment
audelair
Sorry to hear that. Sometimes they just need an extra item or two. No, we did not do the G-325A's. Not sure why they are asking for it. Good luck and hope everything goes through soon! Link to comment
LeeFisher3
Sounds like your paperwork got separated and they can't figure out what papers go with different applications, so they tell you to send everything again. Just be happy they didn't loose the application and send it to them again. Link to comment
