rogerluli
There is nothing at all new in this thread... And that is the truly sad part... B) It is just another story about corruption in China... About local officials, bankers and developers caught with their pants down and their hands in the till...I would chop all of their parts off for this kind of thing but it's up to China to decide if corruption is going to finally be controlled or not... "A report released by the National Audit Office and submitted in Decemeber to the State Council, China's cabinet, cited Harbin officials for illegally issuing fake land-use certificates to developers for a huge area of some 144 square kilometers. The charges which also involve multi-billion yuan loans between foue enterprises and several banks has seriously damaged the reputation of the Harbin government." http://www.caijing.com.cn/English/IndexLis...-07/44498.shtml Edited January 9, 2008 by rogerluli (see edit history) Link to comment

jim_julian
Sounds like the NAO is on top of this. Combining the forces of CBRC and MLR in the 126 Group ought to get to the bottom of this. I'm fascinated by Chinese real estate deals, opportunities, speculations, etc. Thanks Rog! Link to comment
