MikeandRong
I assume you mean for the K-1 in your case only. Not meeting in the past 2 years. Not responding to a RFE in the time frame alloted. Not being at least 18. Already being married. Not being a USC. Failing the IMBRA question/appeal process. Read the instructions on the I-129F. http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-129Finstr.pdf Any more indepth, you will have to read the countless posts on VJ on your own. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showforum=80 Link to comment
tsap seui
Claire, you guys will be fine. You've got plenty of studying to do, but the whole process is clearly layed out in David's FAQ's here on CFL, plus you've got tons of people here to ask questions of. Think positive, work hard....most people have an easy interview, get the visa, and start living out their dreams of life together. No worries. Fairdinkum, I am. tsap seui Link to comment

MikeandRong
DITTO!! The biggest reason is the lack of sending the right amount of funds, or a check that makes like a basketball!!! The submission of incorrect funds does not lead to an outright denial, the petition gets returned to the sender in that case. The OP is asking about an I-129F denial ie:not approved (no NOA2). david_dawei
I think the question has to do with USCIS denial at NOA2, not GUZ interview. the petition looks to see that you qualify to file for a visa; filed correctly and both meet the criteria.. Link to comment
