Visitor's Medical Insurance

Does anyone have any experience with purchasing temporary medical insurance for visiting relatives from China? I've found a few web sites of various companies that offer this insurance, and would like to benefit from anyone's personal experiences with this type of insurance. Any recommendations for good companies?
