The Post Office in China likes to seal the contents themself, so don't get to gun-ho on sealing it up ahead of time (only to have them rip it open to have a look and re-seal it again themself).

Don't feel to badly, At the beginning of my K3 process, I had the same identical question about EMS. Thank God one member did a posting and spelled out the acronym, so I didn't have to ask.

Just another tip, although might be too late in your case.

 

China Post (their Post Office) is open 7 days a week (well at least it is her in Shanghai), although closing times vary on the weekend.
