My Fiancee is going for her interview July 10. Now i need to get info for her immigration.

 

Does anyone know were i can find relible information on this subject ?

AOS = Adjustment of Status (I-485)

EAD = Employment Authorization Document (I-765)

AP = Advance Parole (for international travel while AOS is pending) (I-131)

To which interview are you referring, the K visa interview or the AOS interview? For the best information, read the posts in this forum from people who have been through the process. Check also the Links and Resources section. Ask if you have a specific question.
