chilton747
My wolf berries are from Ning Xia. You should only eat 5 a day. They are good for the eyes and male fertility among other things. Do not eat them with green tea! Link to comment
jim_julian
I asked my girls about them. They are not sure where to find them in the US. There's a lot of info here. Sorry ... not too helpful. Link to comment

I buy them at chinese grocery stores. I call them little red berry and they can normally find them. I soak them in my scotch with ginseng root for my tonic. I drink a cap full on most days. Guest hi5pro
Good for your kidneys, great for your eyes...The dried ones are easily to be found in most Chinese grocery stores. Put them in the tea, soup..... or like what Don does. Check this place if you can not find it locally.Best wishes, Gino & Lulu Edited November 25, 2007 by hi5pro (see edit history) Link to comment

danswayne
We found them very easy in Miami when we were there. Did you check the few stores on NE163rd or the one on SW40th? Link to comment
carl.hops
I see Lei eating this once in a while in a jar with water, definitely not dried and probably grown somewhere near by her home. I need to try these when I make my second trip in February! Link to comment
