Ok, I had hear rumors on this board, but never experienced it myslef until now. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I got the 'indian woman' and she hung up on me!!!!!!

 

Who else here has had this experience?

She did it to me too.

When she wouldn't do anything for me I asked to speak to Greg, she hung up on me.

I think she did that to me too. Few days ago, I called DOS from China since I used the netphone and the voice was not clear enough. After I have been waiting over 40 minutes finally I got through. I think the same lady you mentioned picked up my phone. Without showing enough patience,just said few times :hello,hello, then hang up my phone. NO RESPECT:( Since there is a delay in the netphone. I got so mad but no choice. My interview was 8/5 and still pending.....

Actually, why wait..... She has no decision making... She's just doing her nails when we call.. Considering how such great ppl Greg , Sarah have been... she is a disgrace to work in that same department

She certainly sounds like a piece of work, hanging up constantly on members who call. I only hope i get Greg the next time i call, and, of couse that she knows the........
