Beats the hell out of filling out forms, making copies, filling out certified mail forms, standing in line at post office, writing check, etc., etc. If only the I-485 could be made so easy! AZwolfman Posted June 2, 2003 Report Share Posted June 2, 2003 On the I-765 e-file page, under "who is not eligible to e-file this form" is......(9) K-3 Nonimmigrant Spouse of U.S. Citizen I therefore assume that since we are now married, that we are ineligible to e-file. Link to comment
