Can I get P4 from the Consulate on the day of interview?

My wife's K-3 interview date was set near end of June, 2007. Now almost 2 weeks till interview, she still hasn't receive her P4 in the mail. I have contacted GUZ through email and they informed that it was mailed on May 30th and she should be getting it within two weeks. It has been more than 2 weeks. My wife was advised by 001 site to get it directly from GUZ on the day of the interview.

You can get P4 from the consulate, we did, I visited the consulate for ACH the Friday afternoon before the interview and was able to pick up all P4 documents along with another copy of the interview invite letter for Yu.

 

Only an American citizen can enter the consulate without an invite letter.

She needs the P4 letter to get the medical exam... so she needs to get it a few days prior...
