Why they don't give hints prior to the interview of potential pitfalls that they foresee, is absolutely ridiculous. I wonder how they sleep at night.

 

Because they want to trip up the scam artists with last minute requests that will take a bite out of any profit being made.

Im guessing that a sacmmer will pay $20,000usd,and the cost of another round trip to America for "post office photos" is a big percentage taken away from the profit.
