jxty
My wife is coming next week with K-3 visa, so I went to USCIS today. The official told me the congress changed the rule of medical exam. They no longer accept the medical exam which been done in other country. They only take it from local civil surgeon. Does anybody else hear same thing? I don't want to waste any money because my wife did her exam last month. Edited April 19, 2007 by jxty (see edit history) Link to comment

dnoblett
Most call the USCIS line the Miss-Information Line, I suspect that if you call them again they will give you a different answer. Link to comment
