I lived in a small town in Sichuan for a year. Most of the people there didn't seem to know what cheese was. They thought it was frosting (chinese frosting, which is basically whipped cream).
Sichuanese mice don't eat cheese :D :lol:

Haha.. This is true. To most Chinese, they have no idea what cheese is. In Chinese cartoons, mice don't eat cheese; they eat rice. :roller:

Coming to America, on the final approach to Portland, my poor SO, in a combination of nerves, and choppy air had to reach for the air sickness bag, and nearly filled it up...

 

Several weeks later, while trying to acclimate her to western food, I offered her some Fetta and apple slices ---- she smelled the Fetta and said: "just like on the airplane..."
