shaffej7070
I believe my petition is packaged with yours. I tracked it on DHL and confirmed the "Delivered to broker as requested." I wonder if the "broker" is the GUZ, but it's been less than three weeks. Link to comment
SirLancelot
I believe my petition is packaged with yours. I tracked it on DHL and confirmed the "Delivered to broker as requested." I wonder if the "broker" is the GUZ, but it's been less than three weeks. I think we're screwed. Broker is not GUZ. I called DHL to ask what it meant and DHL claims broker is a customs broker hired by the destination party. They deal with customs clearance for the destination party. Once it's marked delivered to broker, it's assumed that it has been delivered by DHL. We will no longer receive any updates on DHL. Why do I say we're screwed? Because now we can't use DHL to see if GUZ received actual delivery. We have to call DoS now to find any further updates to our file. Link to comment

Guest ShaQuaNew
A "Broker" is a third-party person or agency. In this case likely a doctor or lawyer, so unless you've specifically and personally authorized and elected for a third party to act on your behalf, then it's likely not yours. Link to comment
