The reason I asked is that we have been waiting for P3 over 10 days. And the address we provided is not very clear. My wife keeps going to post service to check. We begin to think that the letter may not come from postal service. On the comfort side, we did write to HK consulate, they will sent another P3 to a more specific address. Link to comment

Do you now know anything about official pouch? How does it work? Does it go through regular mail or special mail system in US consulate? I am just wondering whether I can get any ideas from your pouch delivery. Thank you Link to comment

From what I read from web, in your case, it is from a consulate post to another, it is most likely a special system. Link to comment
