I don't know much about it myself. It takes time. When it reached my wife, it was from China Postal Service. From what I read from web, in your case, it is from a consulate post to another, it is most likely a special system.

We finally receive the P3 from HK Consulate. The mail is called as offical pouch according to HK reply. It took more than 10 days to reach us.

Thanks for the attention and help. The reason I asked is that we have been waiting for P3 over 10 days. And the address we provided is not very clear. My wife keeps going to post service to check. We begin to think that the letter may not come from postal service. On the comfort side, we did write to HK consulate, they will sent another P3 to a more specific address.

We are waiting P3 from HK consulate. An easy question (may be). Is it a regular mail or an express mail?

I130 (CR1) for my wife was approved. I would like to have a checklist for documents, which she needs to prepare for the NVC processing. Just to make things simple, I try to not talk about consulate stage. We all know prepare document on China side and mail them to US take a lot time. I would like to be prepared before hand. I know this is specific to China case. Since it has been said packet 3 from NVC for China citizen is differ than a typical case. Thanks in advance.
